31st Meeting of Japanese Association of Historical Botany

On November 19th (Sat) and 20th (Sun), I joined in the 31st meeting of Japanese Association of Historical Botany (URL: just only in Japanese) to conduct presentations.














On 19th, as the congress marking the 30th anniversary of the foundation, a symposium was held. As one of the main topics, I talked about starch residue analysis briefly.










On 20th, I conducted my oral presentation.
Ayako Shibutani (National Museum of Japanese History), Yutaka Miyake (Tsukuba University), Osamu Kondo (Tokyo University), Rikai Sawafuji (Tokyo University). Starch residue analysis of stone tools and human dental calculus excavated from the Hasankeyf Höyük site in Turkey.
